Khay Kid is a Customer Solutions Architect in the Global Service Provider organization for Cisco Systems. In his role, he collaborates with Cisco’s key service provider customers to understand the changing industry landscape and orchestrate solutions that leverage latest technology evolutions to capture the opportunities and overcome the challenges that are exposed by the shifting market.

Khay Kid joined Cisco in 2004 and worked with service providers across ASEAN as they evolved to IP next generation networks from legacy TDM migration and ATM networks, introduced Policy and Service Control capabilities and expanded with LTE, WiFi Hetnets, Fixed Mobile Convergence and Cloud.

Khay Kid now lives in Melbourne Australia with his wife and son. When not working, he spends time with his family or enjoys the simpler things in life.
